Everyone is attached to something. Attachment is not restricted only to people. You may be attached to anything. It may be living thing and non-living thing. You may be attached to people, places, things, animals, etc. You get attached to certain things like your clothes, mobile, car, etc. You generally attached to old things because you share sweet memories with them or they remind you of someone whom you love. You get so attached to them that you don’t want to replace them even if they are damaged or have become unusable. You hesitate to replace with new things because you have created a bond with them.
You may be attached to a tree or plant because you have planted it or someone else who is dear to you planted it or it reminds you of your age because it was planted on your birth. That tree or plant reminds of you them and memories with them. You may be attached to your pet because you or your children have played with them and grown with them. You may be attached to your home because your parents, siblings or dear ones live there or build it or you share memories with them in that home. Attachment may be with anything. It can be with anything you use daily. You may be attached to the smallest things.
You may be attached to a person because you love them, you have spent time with them and have beautiful memories with them. It may be because they care for you.
You get attached to something because you love it and you don’t want to separate it with you.
