From 1 pm to 4 pm in the afternoon because during this time there is calmness in the atmosphere at that time especially in the summer.

August, September, October because of beautiful weather during this time. During this time, the weather remains cloudy and breezy which I love.

December because it is the last month of the year and it feels good because of the feeling of a new year.

February and March because of cloudy and breezy weather.
