I don’t know

Every time I want to give up

someone inside me

stops me and says

you have come so far,

don’t give up,

it will be worth it,

so, I start fighting one more time,

but I don’t know

how long I can keep this up

  1. Hello there Friend. This is a deep post. Yes! sometimes we wonder what the reason to keep going is and sometimes our inner strength pushes us to keep going, to try a little harder and put in a bit more effort. However, sometimes even that inner strength gets worn out. Here is my advise: you should focus on self care. Take the time to take care of yourself, because as much as we use our energy, we need time to replenish and reboot. Another great tip is to take the issue to God in prayer. God is the maker of the universe and there is nothing that he does not understand or know. Try God, and you would see that he is called the greatest for a reason. However, you do need to know, God considers a variety of factors before answering to our requests. Sometimes he does not change the situation, because he wants to change us. Nevertheless though, he will be with you even in that situation and he would never give up on you. Whatever you are struggling with, pray to God about it. Ask him to help you, ask him to make it easy for you.

    God says in Jeremiah 29: 11 – 13
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart”.

You can connect with God today if you want. Simply begin by saying a word of prayer to him. If you want more information on how to connect with God, I have a post on it here: https://christcenteredruminations.wordpress.com/2018/08/29/how-to-build-a-relationship-with-god/
You can check out the blog post above. If the information is too overwhelming for you, then you can start slow and work your way up gradually.

May God’s blessing be with you, Amen. 🙂
