You need someone to share your feelings. If you have no one to share your feelings with, these feelings and emotions start bottling up inside you. You start feeling anxious and suffocated because you want to share your feelings and emotions, but you have no one to share your feelings with. It starts affecting your peace of mind and ultimately your life too.
To express feelings is hard especially if you are an introvert or person who is living alone. Such people are usually shy and reserved. They don’t feel comfortable with opening up to others. They refrain from sharing their feelings because of shyness or fear of being judged by others.
How to express your feelings then? Write it. Writing is one of the best ways to express your feelings. Write it on your blog. The blogging community is the best community you will find on the internet. People are very nice. They listen to you. They console you. They give hope to you. They encourage and motivate you. You can vent out your feelings without fear of being judged.
If you are not comfortable sharing your feelings through a public post. Write your feelings and keep it as a private post. This way you can express your feelings and also you don’t have to worry about what others will think about you.
If you don’t want to write on the internet, then write your feelings in a diary. This is the best way to relieve yourself of what is bothering you. Believe me, you will feel better.
Expressing your feelings and emotions is very important in life. If you don’t express your feelings and emotions, they start piling up and start bothering you. These bottled-up feelings and emotions start reflecting in your behavior in the form of anger and frustration and start affecting your life. Don’t suppress your feelings and emotions.
When you write your feelings, you feel relieved. If not completely, you feel relieved to some extent certainly. When you express your feelings and emotions through writing, it feels like you have told someone what you are feeling.
Don’t suffer by keeping your feelings and emotions inside yourself. How long will you keep suffering? Let it out. Write it.
Don’t suffer. Let it out. Write it. Express.
This is how my writing began. I started writing as an escape, to let it all out.

Well said. Writing is therapeutic to me and I have no clue as to where the energy comes from but I’m happy to keep that energy funneling in hopes that people will connect to the words. I’m now thinking that there is power even in a letter which transforms to words and eventually action. Thanks for sharing, Manoj Mehra.
